Springpoint provides employees with group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and pays the full cost of the benefit. Please update your beneficiary(ies), if needed, when you complete the enrollment process.​

Employee Supplemental Life Options

• 1, 2, or 3 times basic annual earnings, up to a $300,000 maximum (Amounts above $80,000 are subject to EOI)

Dependent Coverage Options

​

• Spouse: up to 50% of employee's supplemental benefit amount (Amounts above $25,000 are subject to EOI)

• Child(ren) 14 days to 6 months: $100

​

• Child(ren) 6 months to age 19 (or to age 25 if a full-time student): $2,500, $5,000, $7,500 or $10,000
